Together, MBP and Howdens have worked to deliver an innovative and effective staff incentive and engagement programmes since 2019. With staff based all across the country, Howdens asked MBP to craft a tailored events and activation programme that would enable staff from each respective region to be provided with the opportunity to win and attend a whole host of events linked to the world of elite-level motorsport
Centered around the company’s partnership with leading racing driver, Andrew Watson, year after year, MBP have devised a varied and exciting events programme for Howdens to drive engagement across the company. From track days, to race day hospitality, to customer-facing roadshows, MBP have supported Howdens in thanking and rewarding their loyal staff with a host of money-can’t-buy experiences. Further, all parties have worked together to expand the scope of the partnership into above the line marketing campaigns, customer-facing competitions and much more.
Over the last few years, the programme has enabled hundreds of internal staff at Howdens the opportunity to experience an insight into the world of professional motorsport. Through onsite delivery, VIP race day experiences and even virtual company-wide events, the partnership has blossomed creating new racing fans in the process. Feedback to the various activations continues to be overwhelmingly positive and we look forward to growing the partnership in the future.
