A UK wide customer engagement programme for Uniserve


From the outset of our conversations with Uniserve, MBP were tasked with providing a sponsorship and activation programme that could enable them to engage and interact with their host of customers and clients right across the UK. Alongside an integrated customer engagement programme, the intent was also there to strengthen connections across MBP’s commercial network through driven business introductions to explore new opportunities.


Aligning with the British Touring Car Championship allowed Uniserve to interact and host guests across every corner of the UK thanks to its regional nature. Working closely with the marketing team, MBP ensured that the Uniserve guests enjoyed unprecedented access trackside alongside an internal and external communications plan to really draw interest internally and external behind the race team. Further, quarterly commercial reviews ensure new conversations are explored at every turn.


Together, Uniserve and MBP’s partnership has become a firm favourite internally and externally for customers and employees alike following the progress of the team right across the country and enjoying fantastic experiences trackside. The partnership has become a firm marketing focus with a Uniserve micro-site dedicated to it alongside a regular internal communications plan. Commercially, there is a steady volume of B2B introductions and conversations taking place between Uniserve and the MBP network with several new clients onboarded as a result.
