WhatsApp Community Code of Conduct.
Welcome to the MBP Partner Update Hub.
We’re creating this WhatsApp community to strengthen connections across our Official Partner
Programme and provide an additional, convenient way to stay informed. This space will be used to
share relevant updates, insights, and event information from across the network—helping you stay
connected with fellow partners and the latest developments at MBP.
Participation is entirely optional and available exclusively to partnership leads within the MBP Official
Partner Programme. To join, simply review and accept the code of conduct below. Once confirmed, a
member of our partnerships team will send you the link to join the community.
If you ever decide the community is no longer for you, you can opt out at any time (details below).
Community Guidelines
To ensure a positive, secure, and valuable experience for all members, we kindly ask that you adhere
to the following:
1) Be respectful and inclusive
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach to harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate
language. Please keep all interactions professional, courteous, and constructive.
2) Maintain confidentiality and compliance
Please do not share or discuss confidential information, including financial arrangements,
credit applications, or any sensitive business matters.
3) Use the community appropriately
This community is intended for MBP Partner Programme Communications and relevant
partner engagement. Members must not use the community to send unsolicited marketing
emails, promotional messages, or sales approaches to other members without prior consent.
4) Visibility of your details
As with all WhatsApp groups, your name and phone number will be visible to other members.
This transparency helps foster a connected and trusted community. By accepting these
guidelines, you acknowledge and agree to this.
5) Data Privacy
Members should not share, distribute or use other members’ contact information for purposes
unrelated to the MBP Partner Programme without their consent.
6) Opting out
You are free to leave the community at any time. If you would prefer to unsubscribe from
communications via this channel, please contact us at alessandro@wearembp.com.
7) Breaches of these guidelines
MBP reserves the right to remove any member from the community if their conduct is deemed
inappropriate, disruptive, or in breach of these guidelines.
By accepting these guidelines, you consent to being added to the MBP Partner Update Hub
WhatsApp Community and to receiving relevant updates, including event invitations, partner insights,
and programme news.
Of course, joining the MBP Partner Update Hub WhatsApp Community is entirely optional, and if you
decide to join, you may leave whenever you wish.
