Together, Gratte Brothers and MBP wanted to devise an event that would engage the whole Gratte workforce to jointly thank and reward them for their continued efforts and to showcase the company’s partnership with the MB Motorsport race team ahead of the new season.
The launching of the day helped Gratte Brothers engage their entire workforce with a bumper physical attendance at the office that day as all wanted to get involved. The event enabled Gratte to showcase their continued thanks to their employees by bringing an interactive, racing experience into the office. Further, the day perfectly set up the new racing season with lots of Gratte Brothers employees showcasing their intent to get trackside and watch the team alongside their families through the new campaign.
The day saw MBP work closely with the Gratte Brothers marketing team to devise an event and onsite experience at their London HQ that would showcase a true racing experience to every corner of the business. A competitive, timed motorsport event was built around MBP’s twin racing simulator experience with two professional driver coaches onsite. Further still, the team’s Sporting Director Mark Blundell was onsite to field a Q&A from the Gratte team alongside a finishing podium, chequered flags and BTCC winners trophies to award to the top performers on the day.
